The qualifying for the Shropshire Verti-Drain & Turf Services Mid Shropshire Senior Merit starts tonight with 79 players looking for the 11 spots available.
Reigning Champion Harry Church is at Stockton alongside the person he beat in the final, Kate Wainwright. Former winners Pete Farmer and Dale Rudrum are there, as well as former runner up Chris Lodge.
At Allscott Heath is Dixon & Driscoll Doubles winner Rowan Fuller and former Dixon & Driscoll winner Nick Mullinder, while at Charlton is former winner Roy Bradburn, Under 18 Merit winner Jordon Millman and former Over 60s Merit winner Tony Roche. On St Georges is former Staffordshire County player Kevin Keary, last year’s Dixon & Driscoll Finalists Phil Emery and Mark Selley and 2023 runner up John Roberts Jnr.
