Dan Corbett won the Under 25 Merit for the first time after coming out of 6 entries at Maddocks.
He beat Logan Church 11 in the final after going 13-4 up. In the Semi Finals he defeated Lucy Hireson 14 after going 13-3 up, while Logan ran out from 7-6 down against Jamie Pritchard.
In the prelims Dan had a fine win over Tom Killen 5, while Lucy beat Ellis Reeves 3, who was having his first competitive game of bowls.
