The 1st round of the Harris Shield takes place tonight with 8 teams looking to reach the Quarter Finals. Holders Shifnal A will be looking to retain the trophy, and play Edgmond A, who had three winners in their first Harris Cup tie against the Harris Cup winners Sir John Bayley Premier League side. Division Three Charlton A will look to cause an upset against Division One Wrockwardine Wood, while Sinclair B will look to do the same against Allscott Heath A. The other tie is an all Division One clash between Bowring A and Hadley USC A.
All players must have played at least one league game in any league to be eligible to play in this round.
There is also one Ashton Shield Quarter Final tie tonight between Horsehay B and Madeley CC C.
All players must have played at least four Mid Shropshire games in to be eligible to play in this Quarter Final game.
